Delete your Fetch account
Last updated: 20 July 2026
You can permanently delete your account from inside Fetch. You do not need to contact support when you can sign in.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open Fetch and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Under Account, select Delete Account.
- Review what will be deleted. If you pay through Apple or Google, use the subscription-management link shown there if you also want to stop store billing.
- Confirm deletion with your current password or by signing in again with Apple or Google, as prompted, then select Delete Account.
Fetch signs you out and clears user-scoped data from the device after the server confirms deletion. The action cannot be undone.
Delete from the club portal
- Sign in to the Fetch club portal.
- Open Settings and find Account danger zone.
- Select Delete account and complete the requested recent sign-in.
Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your Fetch account does not cancel billing controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage it directly through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. Fetch queues cancellation of a Stripe subscription bought through the portal as part of account deletion and tracks any provider retry separately.
What happens to your data
- Your Fetch authentication identity, profile, private practice data, attributable GPS tracks, and user-scoped local app data are deleted.
- Official club race entries or results may remain as anonymised operational records. They no longer link to your account/profile and do not retain your GPS track.
- Deleting a sailor or Club administrator does not delete the Club, its courses, or its past official races.
- Secure cleanup requests to processors may continue in the background for up to 30 days. Payment providers may retain minimum financial records required by law.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@fetchthemark.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request before acting and respond within 30 days. Do not send your password, access token, Apple authorization code, or identity documents by email.
